A/C out!

So, we are having near-record heat here in Fort Worth, Texas ... and naturally, our A/C at home went out.
The girls and I stayed at Grandma and Papa's house last night. Lewis stayed at home with the dogs - even though his brother and sister-in-law across the street protested that he should stay with them.
We are having it fixed today, so hopefully we'll be back home tonight. Unfortunately, the entire outside unit needs to be replaced. Sound expensive? It is. Oh well.
Luckily, I'm due for my annual review and hope to get my raise soon. Hopefully, that will help.

Meanwhile, think of us if you're living in a cooler climate. (If you're in Arizona, I realize you have no sympathy for me so you can ignore this.)
