I don't think I'm smart enough to be a nerd!

I just took a nerd test ... I scored a 19. Not a nerd, but not necessarily cool either.
I'm a big nerd when it comes to Sci Fi and stuff. Or was. Favorite shows in college were Star Trek, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, anything on the Sci Fi channel.
Then I married an anti-sci-fi man.
Sci Fi went out the window, and NASCAR, NFL and UFC eventually took it's place. (Yes, I'm now a big fan of MMA fighting ... even my daughter loves to watch the fights!)

Plus, I'm not smart enough for nerd-dom. I needed a math tutor in college (thank you Skerrib, I still appreciate you helping me pass). Chemistry was a pain - probably because of lack of math skills. But I always loved Biology and dissecting things - which gave me the stomach to handle lots of things in life: from prime time television programs these days, to UFC flights, I can handle the blood. Probably could have been a doctor if I could have passed the math!
Oh well.
